Before Family Mastery Blueprint, life at home was often marked by emotional struggles, silent anger, self-dependency, and broken trust. On the outside, I appeared strong and capable. On the inside, I carried years of unresolved pain, resentment, and a belief that I had to handle everything on my own.
Looking back, I can see how much of that was shaped by childhood loss, disappointment, and painful experiences in my marriage. I learned to survive by relying only on myself. When conflict came, I withdrew instead of communicating. I carried wounds from the past into my present relationships.

What changed everything was admitting I couldn't heal on my own. Through recovery, I learned that my anger wasn't the real problem — it was a symptom of deeper wounds. I learned to trust God, receive support from others, and let go of the belief that strength meant carrying everything alone.
Since beginning this journey, I've become more self-aware, more honest, and more willing to trust. My marriage and my parenting have changed because I changed first. Today I see healing as a lifelong journey, not a finish line — and I have real hope for my family's future.
My journey, in one sentence: a courageous path of self-discovery, healing, and surrender — learning to face my anger, rebuild trust, let go of self-dependency, and embrace God's grace as I grow into a healthier wife, mother, and follower of Christ.
If another parent is feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or discouraged right now — you are not alone. Asking for help is not weakness, it is courage. Healing is possible. Trust can be rebuilt. Joy can return. Take one small step today, then another tomorrow. You do not have to walk this journey alone.
