MISSION, VISION & PURPOSE

Our Mission
To help and walk alongside individuals and families to receive Christ-centered healing and create homes that feel safer, calmer, and more connected.
Our Vision
To become the leading Christ-centered space for family self-recovery — where families, individuals, and organizations find healing, practical tools, and lasting support.
Our Purpose
Family Mastery Blueprint exists because love alone doesn't always change patterns. Parents deserve support without shame. Families deserve healthier ways forward. And sometimes, one parent choosing self-recovery can change a home — and the generations that follow.
Our Core Values
The Values That Shape Everything We Do

Christ-Centered Healing

— faith woven through every program, without pressure or shame

Grace Over Shame

— people grow best when they feel safe enough to be honest

Recovery First, Growth Follows

— self-awareness and healing come before skill-building

Emotional Safety

— no one is forced to share, judged, or expected to have it all figured out

Practical Transformation

— every teaching comes with real tools you can use the same day

Generational Legacy

— the goal isn't a better week, it's a healthier bloodline

Founder Story
Meet Cherryl — Founder of Family Mastery Blueprint

Before Family Mastery Blueprint, life at home was often marked by emotional struggles, silent anger, self-dependency, and broken trust. On the outside, I appeared strong and capable. On the inside, I carried years of unresolved pain, resentment, and a belief that I had to handle everything on my own.

Looking back, I can see how much of that was shaped by childhood loss, disappointment, and painful experiences in my marriage. I learned to survive by relying only on myself. When conflict came, I withdrew instead of communicating. I carried wounds from the past into my present relationships.

What changed everything was admitting I couldn't heal on my own. Through recovery, I learned that my anger wasn't the real problem — it was a symptom of deeper wounds. I learned to trust God, receive support from others, and let go of the belief that strength meant carrying everything alone.

Since beginning this journey, I've become more self-aware, more honest, and more willing to trust. My marriage and my parenting have changed because I changed first. Today I see healing as a lifelong journey, not a finish line — and I have real hope for my family's future.

My journey, in one sentence: a courageous path of self-discovery, healing, and surrender — learning to face my anger, rebuild trust, let go of self-dependency, and embrace God's grace as I grow into a healthier wife, mother, and follower of Christ.

If another parent is feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or discouraged right now — you are not alone. Asking for help is not weakness, it is courage. Healing is possible. Trust can be rebuilt. Joy can return. Take one small step today, then another tomorrow. You do not have to walk this journey alone.

Meet the Family Behind the Mission

Cherryl leads Family Mastery Blueprint alongside her husband, Pastor David Andrew Burrows, and their son. Their own family's ongoing journey of healing and growth is part of what makes this work personal, not theoretical.
